Burmese pickle (sour mustard greens) is called "Mok-Hyin-Chin" in Burmese. Burmese Village's home made recipe for making pickle had been handed down in family for many generation.
The pickle may be kept refrigerated for a month or more. It can be eaten as it is or pan fry with chicken/pork/beef.
Burmese pickle is also the best choice for vegetarians.
Burmese Village provides pickle in a plastic container or vacuum sealed package for local pick up order, but we ship pickle in vacuum sealed package only. The amount of pickle contain in plastic container and vacuum sealed package is the same.
