Shipping & returns


Our delivery carrier is United States Postal Service. We do not ship to P.O Boxes. All payments must be cleared before we can ship out orders. When specifying shipping address, please make sure address is properly formatted and spell checked. Please specify recipient name, full address including building number, street name, apartment number, floor or suite number if any, followed by city, state and zip code.


Original sales receipt must accompany returns.  We accept returns for exchange or refund 5 calendar days after delivery of the product.  Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".  Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

• within 5 calendar days of the delivery date (after 5 days no returns are allowed)

There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged.

If products were shipped in error or damaged in transit, we will replace them at no additional cost to customers.  All claims must be made to within 5 calendar days of receipt.  All damaged item(s) will need to be returned to us before we could ship out the replacement item(s).

Again you MUST contact us within 5 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store.  Items returned to us AFTER 5 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded, exchanged or replaced.  Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
